Hi everyone,
I have had T since Easter and I am still in denial, hoping it will disappear... in the meantime I have seen the dentist to get a mouthguard (seems to help a bit), going to phisyo to fix my neck and jaw, and will have an MRI to make sure there are no nasties in my inner ear and I am considering acupuncture. Has anyone tried it with positive outcome?
I have tried Serc and didn't do anything, I am taking Ginko but I don't think it does anything either. Camomile helps me sleep at night, and I noticed that sleep makes a huge difference - if I am tired or stressed my T gets super loud!
My GP wasn't much help at all though, so I feel like all the research is up to me and it's hard to filter out the crap from the reliable info when I research online... any sources you can recommend?
At the moment I have so many questions that I don't even know where to start - but hopefully I'll be able to contribute with answers too, eventually.
Anyway, I am trying to stay positive even though sometimes I just want to bang my head against the wall until it stops!
Cheers everyone, looking forward to getting through this with you all, we can do it
