The fact that around one half answered Yes, seems to imply that "Yes, Really. Many people feel that having T is worse than cancer" (while of course the actual figure of 50% is, in itself, useless).

Yeah it is and you're most likely right. I had this debate with AZeurotuner about that. I guess it depends on the cancer. I would gladly take testicular cancer over tinnitus.

Whenever T makes one suicidal, one would prefer cancer to T. And loud, debilitating T will likely make one suicidal.

personally I would never prefer cancer to T because one its really agonising and two cancer treatment can make T happen or super bad....
so what worse than T? Cancer and T! I would gladly get squash by a falling piano over both at least it be fast (joke)

Tinnitus is horrible enough to ruin a neurotypical's life. Imagine what it can do to someone who has real mental illnesses like myself.
