Man why can't more of the tinnitus community be like this?
They're too busy living the "habituated" life to care.
Do we really think anything will come from these clinical trials? I'd really like to get back to not hating the world at some point.
Sort of yes, sort of no. If something passes it's clinical, it's exiting because only 18% of trials pass clinical. Of course the hype isn't truly real until it passes it's pivotal. In cases of medicine like Frequency Theraputics, Theres one more to go, but for devices like susan shore's device, after pivotal it can hit market.
Frequency hasn't passed its phase 2 (pivotal) yet. It begins this autumn. If they pass phase 2 then we know this company is worth it's salt.
Actually I heard they begin phase 1/2 next month. I forgot tbh someone needs to go through the thread to fact check

I like how they spend so much time explaining habituation. We get it, we just don't care. Actual treatment please.

This meme had nothing to do with me being "out of logic" I only posted it for comedy value for those that enjoy MPP.
Now answer my question Jazzer, What logic am I out of or lacking? I will correct my errors here.

In the most tragic cases, sufferers may opt out of life altogether.
Many posts I read on here are callously promoting a campaign that there should be an end to all emotional support, and that all therapeutic methods should be entirely dispensed with.
I will not go along with such a callous, reckless, inhuman idea.
Some of your memes suggest to me that you are nothing more than "meme-spirited!"

There are not reliable therapeutics for tinnitus and hearing loss at the current moment of time. We are using memes to raise awarness for research so people get real help and to prevent suicides. We do not advocate Jastreboffs ministry of propaganda.
What did Contrast do here? Where's the controversy? He just posted a meme of us wearing shirts saying we're famous on Tinnitus Talk. Of all the memes to get upset about, this is probably the worst one.

A meme that takes a long time to make is eventually an unspoiled good meme. A bad meme that is rushed is a bad meme forever.
Actually it was pretty high quality. It's just the least controversial meme you've made.
Presumably there are sufferers who do benefit from therapeutics.
I have had no CBT or TRT but have benefitted from some in-house hypnotherapy.
Is it your ambition to close down all clinics and therapy centres.
What gives you the right to choose for other sufferers?
