I suck at competitive as well. In the newer pokemon games, i've bred my team to have almost perfect stats but never battled other people

I did at first for the first few months, but lately never.

Lately, I've been having a lot of nightmares where a loud noise happens such as a gun shot, bomb explosion, etc and it makes my tinnitus louder. I then wake up traumatized and scared. Is this a part of PTSD? It's awful because it makes me hate going to sleep.

the whole problem was you became a quasi-normie I was maintaining the thread occasionally then the text caption auto pilot memes showed up

well, I got a professional audiogram. I have about a 15db dip at around 6.3Khz, that exactly matches my t tone. I'm pretty sure I was jamming around G minor when I felt my ears get blasted the night this all started.
