I'm sad the BTA couldn't get someone better than this nobody, there has to be a better comedian in the UK that has tinnitus. In fact, Brendon Burns is hilarious and is nearly deaf. I wonder if he has T?

You know I probably wouldn't have given Samantha Baines a second thought but hearing her make fun of people with tinnitus is unbelievably upsetting. It just reminds me of when doctors and ENTs just shove you right out the door. They're probably laughing so hard at you as they bang their wives and smoke their cigars at the Capital cities concert. "Tinnitus! He was such a loser! I told him it's not a disease but a symptom! HA!"

I don't even know why they have to refer to it as such. "It's not a disease, but a symptom!" I don't give a fuck about semantics, I need a cure or at the very least more than a decade-old leaflet.

The BTA was already getting needed criticism long before they hired her.
I told her on Twitter that I was glad they hired her and she even liked my post, then the BTA came in and was like "we didn't hire her blah blah blah" and then she blocked me. The BTA and Samantha Baines are perfect for each other. The BTA isn't even really doing anything to advance interest in biomedical research. I already showed they have a really bad reference to dexamethasone injections on their site that is contradicted by human clinical studies involving around 200 people that shows it is effective in acute cases.

Sometimes I see posts that seem to be replies to someone on my Ignore List. When I click the "show ignored content" text link, I get to see all of the ignored content. Sometimes I feel like replying to some of those posts. However, I get to not see most posts from the people on my Ignore list. I am happy about that.
In any case - I wish you well. I hope that your T will be gone soon.

There needs to be an action movie about this. Desperate T sufferers, with nothing to lose, ruthlessly shoot anyone who stands in their way (like the guy from No Country for Old Men) of getting their hands on those Neuromod devices. The protagonists would need to be using silencers, though!

Due to tinnitus I drink too much, cause if I drink enough it's a temporary, quasi-escape from this hell!
