My Posting Place

Is Gimp really a piece of shit compared to photoshop? The latest stable release of gimp has a shit Dark UI and I have to change it to the classic but other then that it seems pretty solid for all the task I need.

No GIMP is as good as Photoshop for most uses.

My wife lived with her grandmother in a shack with an outhouse for a time during her childhood. I knew several white kids when I was growing up that lived in the projects, my cousin grew up in a trailer park. I have been held at gun point by cops once while I was putting up signs for my lost kitty kat because some old woman got spooked and called them on me and I had a staple gun.

Most of what is called "racism" isn't really racism at all. The word has been weaponized by certain groups to cause division and promote their own agendas, which in itself is a much larger problem than actual racism.

Why? She's a taxpayer, and she has the right to call the police when she feels threatened.

Are you saying the police ought to be ashamed of pulling out their guns? But this way they are reducing a chance of being gunned down. Why would you want to deny the people who have to place themselves in harm's way, an opportunity to reduce their risk?

@Bill Bauer

I have no wish to get into politics or to discuss racism, because both can bring out the ugly side of human nature. Therefore, I want to stick to tinnitus but on this occasion, I will reply to you since you have quoted my post but will end it there and will not discuss this further.

My understanding is that @JohnAdams was quite young, perhaps in his early teens when he was set upon by cops at gun point, just for holding a stapler and putting up a lost cat poster. You are quite right the woman in question has every right to call police. However, was it really the case that she felt threatened or was it because of JohnAdams ethnicity? The same applies to the cops holding him up at gun point ready to shoot for any reason they see fit. I have read numerous cases online, where cops in the US shoot innocent people of colour for no valid reason. That is what shocked me about JohnAdams posts. Racism, discrimination and bigotry are rampant throughout this world. It is very unfortunate because we are here for a only a short time.

As I said I will not discuss this further.

I wish you well.

I was like 26.
JohnAdams ethnicity
I am super white.

While that does happen, it also happens to white people, probably more so. Our media makes a big deal out of it when it is a black person. You would think from watching our media that the cops here are all KKK members just going around killing black people and that is not the case whatsoever.

We are being told "if you see something, say something"
by assclowns in the ABC spook agencies that are probably the most diabolical criminals on the face of the earth

when I traveled to Korea, their airport was nice and friendly, when I got back to the US it was TV screens of Homeland Security witches telling us that slogan, "if you see something say something" and scary looking police in black military gear holding machine guns.

However, was it really the case that she felt threatened or was it because of JohnAdams ethnicity?
Based on her prior experiences with the people who look like JohnAdams looked that day, apparently she felt threatened.

JohnAdams happens to be white, but this is irrelevant. It looks like you missed the point of the post that you were responding to. Please read it again. Also, meditate about the implications of his story not fitting the narrative.

There are several people that have dropped off the radar. I hope they are okay.

Once some people start to make an improvement they move on and forget about this forum which isn't a bad thing, in the grand scheme of things. Staying in a tinnitus forum is not necessarily good, as reading negative posts can hinder or stop a person's habituation progress...

I agree I made a mistake and JohnAdams and yourself have put me right and I thank you both for that,..

@urgentresearch Bulbasaur is a better Gen 1 starter than Charmander- change my mind.
I chose Bulbasaur as my original Gen 1 starter. He will always be my favorite. However, Charmander is a more powerful meme. In this case, Charmander keeping his flame alive in the rain represents hope, loyalty, endurance, resourcefulness, and many other meme-worthy qualities.

Depends on the version. If you're using FireRed or LeafGreen, then Charmander learns Iron Tail at level 9, giving him the better advantage against Brock. By the time you get to Misty you probably already have a Pikachu from the forest and can catch a bellsprout on route 25. After that there's no real advantage of Bulbasaur over Charmander, but Charmander evolves into Charizard eventually, which can fly, freeing your main party of HM slaves.

If you are playing the originals then Bulbasaur is the best to speedrun with but it usually doesn't make a difference because it's best to glitch yourself a level 100 Nidoking.

It can, I will show you the bird's eye view. Reach out.
It has dark forces of Clown world'ers working against it. The Honklers are winning MPP is collapsing I'm just another autism suicide.
