My T really has not been driving me crazy, more than other symptoms have been doing so (weakened neck/back). So the past few days, I decided to see if I could keep my neck straight and in place by wearing a neck brace at night and during sleep. Yup, that does the trick. 3 days into it and I notice a difference, including a difference in my levels of T.
Guess it's time to get the neck checked out by a doctor (no more chiropractors for me!)
