@mick, @Sherri786, @Karen, @jazzRoan,
Could you post the Swanson item numbers for the products you purchase for you shakes? For some of the products you list I find multiple things that might or might not be what you list. For instance, I find several different varieties of super green food products of different types and brands on Swanson's web site, but I can't tell which one matches what you use.

I purchased the Garden of Life Perfect Food Super Green Food Formula. Better than Garden of Life is Amazing Grass Super Green Food (but Swanson only had it in Berry flavor, and, I mean, ick!).
The Uddo's Essential Fatty Acids is pricey, but you want the liquid. It's worth it, methinks.
The whey protein you want to make sure you get pure whey. You really do not want any sweeteners, artificial or otherwise. I chose Swanson Premium Whey Powder. 36.5 ounces. I prefer unflavored, but they only had vanilla flavored. I chose this particular one because the vanilla flavoring in their whey does not include any sweeteners. It is vanilla flavored from real vanilla extract, so nothing artificial in there that would spike the blood sugars, etc.
Stabilized Rice Bran Powder - this Swanson place is the ONLY place I have been able to find it! Not even Whole Foods market had it. It's Stabilized Rice Bran Complex, powder, costs about 10.00, and is buy one get one free.
The Coconut Milk you get at your local grocery store. This is not Coconut Water, though. Coconut milk is super good for the body. I do not buy the Coconut Milk in the can. I buy it in the carton (where Soy milk is usually sold). The health benefits of coconut milk are just astounding!
Coconut milk can be high in calories, ladies, so if you're watching your figure you might want to use 1/4 cup of coconut milk, and 1/2 cup of water. However, 1/2 cup coconut milk and 1/4 cup water makes for a deliciously creamy shake!
I wouldn't think you would want anything with guarana or gingko, because even though they are natural supplements, they are stimulants. My thing right now (mind you, this is a theory I am working on) is to calm the body, not excite it. Apparently, my body is not happy with the excitement. LOL
Okay. Guys, this is week 3. No tinnitus. No ocean. No roaring. I had two high pitch rings in three weeks, both of which came for a second, and then went away. Nothing since.
Fingers Crossed!!!!
Keep me posted!
