Very interesting MOA.I see @Jazzer liked my photo. I too played Trombone for a decent amount of time in my youth. Gave it up long before the tinnitus set in tho.

Did you hear enough trombone jazz to settle on any favourite jazz soloists by any chance?I started in 4th grade and played through High School, including both concert band and jazz band. My favorite was easily jazz band though. I still remember some of my favorites, "The Tiger of San Pedro", and "In the Mood" were probably my top 2.
I know just like Caravan in whiplash not the rush song even though rush had one of the best drummers ever!correct. I was referring to the Glenn Miller version.
Thank you. I feel fortunate to live in San Diego, though I do miss my hometown of NYCYou are more than welcome to post more like this.

Hi Once - the greatest contribution that Tinnitus Talk can make, in my opinion of course, is its opportunity for social interaction with other sufferers.
Agreed. Social isolation is, to me, one of the worst things about tinnitus. Sometimes I get so down in a funk and I can't stop thinking "my life is over." But threads like this show that it doesn't necessarily have to be that way.Hi Once - the greatest contribution that Tinnitus Talk can make, in my opinion of course, is its opportunity for social interaction with other sufferers.
That is why I am here.
To meet, get together, get to know, interact with others with a similar problem to myself.
Obviously not everybody sees things this way.
I can't help being a sociable, people person.
We are all so different of course.
