Photo Album of Tinnitus Talk Members

Ok, a picture of me for all the Switzerland fans. This one is about a year old and I was doing well back then, tinnitus was minimal and hyperacusis as well. Later on that day I got my first setback though... ^_^
Ooh, where in Switzerland?? I love it there! :)

If I had to hazard a guess, I think any of the last three photos could've been taken in the Lake District.

And yes I am, also not far from London
Nope. You're wrong, wrong, wrong, hehe. The only Lake District photo is the one where I'm standing on the rock with my arms stretched out. :)

Wow, living in London with tinnitus — that sounds hard work? Is it? I haven't been to London since I developed tinnitus last year. I'm really missing it. I'm used to being there a lot. :(

When I'm next in London, I'll have to give you a shout. I know sometime this year I have to visit the V&A Museum for work.

Spectacular view! :wideyed:
Where??
This is near Glenwood Springs Colorado. Top of the mountain looking East. Here is Glenwood looking West.

Also there's caverns up here.

Hi @Steph1710 -- I love the way you look! In fact, your picture has sort of a mystical, Mona Lisa type quality to it. Really! -- BTW, your photo with your outstretched arms has prompted me to do my own "plunge". :) -- Thanks to everybody who's posted their photo(s); I've been enjoying them all!

'Wait a minute folks - this could all be a dastardly trick!

It might be a photograph of a cardboard cutout!

Alright. Here it goes. Gonna post a recent pic. I haven't cut the top of my hair since before the pandemic.
Your hair is absolutely gorgeous!! :love:What a handsome guy you are - we're a beautiful, diverse bunch on here. I love this thread.

Thank you so much @OnceUponaTime for creating such a positive posting place for us all. <3

Awww shucks... thank you =). Never been too confident with my looks. I must say you are very easy on the eyes yourself <3. Now I'm just embarrassing myself lol

Wow, you look so similar to someone I went to high school with (but different enough that I know you are different people). I used to play hockey many years ago. My first love was the Colorado Avalanche team in the 2000's. Patrick Roy was a God.

It's great to see all the beautiful faces of people on this forum.

This is my hair exactly a year apart. Tinnitus and COVID-19 certainly changed my appearance...

(Forgive the toothpaste spots from the mirror in the recent picture my lazy self didn't clean).

Just beautiful!!!!
Did you go inside the caverns? Did it bother your tinnitus??

I went to The Sterling Hill Mining Museum in NJ and I had to leave the cave as the echo and bouncing sounds bothered me. The small amount of time I was there, I enjoyed it very much. Just absolutely beautiful. Maybe next time I'll try earplugs... haha

It's funny how people can't see their own beauty. To me you have a strong nose, piercing blue eyes, and fantastic hair!

I'm loving the glasses too :) I've always hated wearing glasses, but since 2019, I've had dry eye, and now I have to wear glasses instead of contacts. I'm learning to accept them. I suppose they add to my geeky 'I work for museums' look.

And thank you for your kind comment. Such a sweetie <3

Ahh! You look amazing!

Not in a creepy way, but you were in my dream last night. You gave me a key to your locker, which had a gun and money in it. It massively helped me out — so thanks, haha.
I don't recall having a dream involving a Tinnitus Talk member. I don't think it's creepy at all though. I spend so much time on here that it's kind of surprising when I think about it.

You're too kind Steph! You look pretty amazing yourself - loving the hair and glasses.

LOL! Well, glad I could help ;)

I wish my dreams were as fun. I dreamt that I bought a horse and rode it down the local highstreet :/

No. There was plenty of ambient noise from the small group to keep my mind occupied. I think I'm through the worst of it. But so far I haven't had to deal with more than the one high pitch tone that I've become ever so slightly numb to... kind of. Well sometimes... lol. I take it day by day.

I'm glad you are feeling much better now. :)
Just keep taking extra care of your ears.
And enjoy those beautiful hiking trails!

Right — I'll post my lockdown hair.

It's not a pretty sight! I'm in desperate need of a hair cut. Someone get this girl a brush!

Not so easy on the eye now, am I @kingsfan ;)
Fun pic Steph!

I think we are all in a desperate need of a hair cut... hahaha.

Mine is reaching 26" long now!:ROFL:
I just keep it up in a bun most of the time... lol.:coffee::meh:

Ohh, I didn't gave you a proper welcome to our photo album!
Welcome!!!! Haha.:D

Where's @Jazzer?? He usually helps around here welcoming people.

I see @Steph1710 is doing a great job too. ;)

Hope you find new friends, great advice and some giggles too, here at Tinnitus Talk.

The hair looks nice either way.

This made me LOL!! I could totally see you, with that hair of yours, riding down the road, like some fancy Lord. Haha.

Dreams are so stupid though. I had one last night where my dad and I were in the sea in Asia somewhere, and I could see a tsunami coming in the distance. Anyway, we tried to swim away, but it caught up - but instead of drowning everyone in the water, it washed over us like a gentle wave. And this kept happening over, and over again.

Amazing! I can see from your profile picture, what gorgeous hair you have. :)

My litte sister has super long hair - it's past her bum! It's such a lovely colour too.

My hair was dead straight, like everyone else's hair in my family. Then I had hormone treatment, which made it wavy, with some annoying super tight curls just a the very front. :-/
