Photo Album of Tinnitus Talk Members

I am not a qualified excursion guide but I would give it a try. I remember couple of legends about our Old Town. After all, the main thing is communication and having a good time, right?
I'm always up for a good time! AND - I love legends and myths about places. I have loads of books on mythology. Love a good ghost story too. :)

How was your vacation, Steph? I hope you had a good, and (not too) spooky time.

@aot, yeah the holiday was great, thanks!

Hope you're feeling a bit better today. X

Steph, those pictures are absolutely beautiful.

I'm doing... alright. Still kicking myself for not being more aware of my surroundings, but it was bound to happen one day. My new earplugs hurt a bit because they're a bit too big, and the new symptoms, though relatively minor, are scary. But there are people on this site who have it much worse than me, and I'm hoping I'll recover quickly since this is my first real hyperacusis setback.

My therapist is gonna get her talked off tomorrow, lol. ;)

Thanks buddy! Honestly if you ever have the chance to visit the UK, Exmoor is a must!

You can't blame yourself @aot. Setbacks are unfortunately the inevitable for us. I'm sure you'll bounce back quicker than you think. I've had only one major set back, which was a few months after I developed tinnitus. I only had T before the set back as well, but with the set back, came mild H, which I've mostly recovered from, though high pitched and ultra low frequencies still cause some pain.
My therapist is gonna get her talked off tomorrow, lol. ;)
Should I be wishing you luck today - or her? She doesn't know the shit storm that's about to hit haha!

Anyway buddy, best of luck! Hope you feel much better after today. We all need someone to offload on. Let us know how it goes.

<3

Pool to myself this morning, did some yoga, stretching and laps. It's getting hot here in Texas!
Twa! Thanks for making me insanely jealous of you! That weather! That pool! The need for the giant sun hat!!

I'm sulking now because the weather is rubbish over here. 17 Bloody degrees and it's July! So far, we have had a rubbish year. Just mild and wet. :(

Right - this is a members photo album, so here is me. On some stairs. Ready to go out and eat my mates special sausage.

I've finally shifted a stone and half of weight which I put on last year because of health issues. Now I can fit back into all my clothes. Not that anybody asked, but I am only 5 foot tall. So if I put on weight, I look like a ball.

And excuse my dirty nails. I've been painting o_O

Lol! It's getting really hot and I'm wearing a hat anytime I go out along with my ear and eye protection. :) That's the newest pool in our neighborhood. People have not discovered it yet!

I'm insanely jealous of that 17 C :) It's 40 degrees here, no rain for weeks and I'm melting.

I'll take the cold weather. I'm a polar bear lol.

Steph, you are a Boticelli Angel.

Nothing beats a mates special sausage! (...so long as it's strictly no strings 0_o)

I do love the cold weather, but I really do enjoy all the seasons that we're lucky enough to experience in the UK. So yeah, I like the cold when it's supposed to be cold, but when it's supposed to be hot - I want heat!! If that makes any sense at all.

40 degrees is a bit much though. I'm happy at 28.

What is everyone doing talking about degrees in Celsius? I'm an American; therefore, my way is correct. Any other way is bargaining.
