If you were to tell me that you were in your 30s, I would believe you. Wow.
Hello @ZFire, so glad you're doing well.

Thank you for you comment lol. That picture was a couple of years before hyperacusis... Now I work from home but I've started going back into the office for a couple of clients every week, and it's getting easier.

Sending hugs x

Not great pictures but here is mine.

I LOVE my skipping rope! Bought a new one recently. Excellent workout.
One of the best workouts out there. Works almost every muscle group, burns more calories than running with way less impact for your joints, excellent cardio activity, great for focus and coordination, benefits your bone mass, etc... Plus it's super convenient as they use to be cheap and you can take it with you anywhere.

I always carry one with me when I travel as I put around 30 minutes in it daily.

Now I'm not at home for some days and I've brought my three favorites with me.

Does exercise not exacerbate your pulsatile tinnitus Steph? The last time I got my heart pumping during a mild jog it felt like my head was going to explode!
Oh it sure does! I actually laughed when I read your comment. Only someone with pulsatile tinnitus will understand how painful it can be to exercise with this condition. I just battle through it. I've always exercised so I'm not going to stop. These days, I just take painkillers after a run or swim because I end up with a three day migraine.

Unfortunately for me, I have the body type which unless I exercise a lot, means I put on weight very, very quickly. :(

My attempt at taking a selfie in the sunshine lol. It was very bright. Also, hiked up a mountain on Wednesday. Only 900 metres up, but still pretty epic. Nice to know my legs can still carry me places.

Looks like you had a great trip @Steph1710. You can never go wrong with a mountain hike. I assume great views on that 900m top was well worth it?

Well, I'm still here actually. It absolutely chucked it down last night, and it turns out the tent isn't waterproof haha! I've woken up in a puddle. Bloody freezing! I'm going down a copper mine today - so that should be fun! And, I'm going to a castle. :) Today is a day for indoor activities. It's very wet and overcast. We're some of the only people left in the campsite!

Aaaah Steph.

That picture of you in the sunlight by the waterfall raises more questions than answers.

Are you paddling in the cold waters of the stream?

Is your lover of the small-in-stature kind? Say 3 feet (1 metre)?

Do you enjoy being taken from behind?

As you can see, I'm an expert at reading expressions on people's faces :bag: ... among other things.

And lastly, where did you buy your tent? It reminds me of one I've just bought from one of the supermarket chains.

Yea it doesn't look like that tent has a rain fly? Condensation is also probably building on the inside from having only a single wall.

First of all - LOL!  You successfully made me laugh.

It was actually deep enough to plunge into... (yes that sounds wrong).

Yes, he comes from a long line of homunculi.
Do you enjoy being taken from behind?
Absolutely!

I found it at the back of my mum's loft and hoped it would be okay... it wasn't.

Hopefully that answers all your questions.

No, it didn't. And yes, the condensation was horrendous. Made for a very horrid, damp tent. I've actually just thrown it in the massive bin at the campsite. Wasn't worth taking home. I found the tent in the back of my mum's loft. It hadn't been used in 15 years.

Hey free tent is a free tent. The things are way overpriced. Paid way too much for mine, and it's not even light enough to take backpacking unless I split the load with someone.

In England, you can get a decent tent for pretty cheap. I was being super tight with money, so decided not to buy one - totally should have.
