Sleep Aids — Some of It Sounds Appealing

I tried sour cherry concentrate and ate 4 Kiwis before going to bed for around 6 weeks. There are studies which show that this should help with sleep but it didn't do anything for me.
 
It's worth a try and it's certainly a healthy thing to do. I got sick of Kiwis though since I could only find unripe Kiwis in the supermarkets and they never really become sweet.

I have big troubles sleeping through the night since two months. I took Zolpidem for a few weeks but it only gave me 6 hours of sleep which wasn't enough to make up for the 3 hours I usually sleep.

Two nights ago I started adding Taurine and my nights were much better. I take Zinc + Magnesium Aspartate and Taurine on an empty stomach right when I go to sleep.
