Sleep Headphones / Sound Machine or Just a Mobile App?

Just ordered one of these that I am anxious to try.

Thought others might find it interesting.

But my question, has anyone found any benefits of a dedicated sleep machine over just an app for phone or tablet?

machine will have better sound fidelity unless you play your app through dedicated speakers.
