Dr. Patrick Love of Wellness Tree Clinic. I am here now getting treatment.Does anyone know who the doctor is in Seattle?
Are you just doing PRP or bone marrow as well?Dr. Patrick Love of Wellness Tree Clinic. I am here now getting treatment.
Just PRP and I have this red light laser. Also added in a peptide called Complex 18 from Russia. My first treatment from Dr. Shim and Dr. Patrick Love went well, however, today I have injection pain in my ears. FML Are you just doing PRP or bone marrow as well?

Thanks. I only did one treatment and I do not know if I will continue. My ears hurt from the injections and I am not sure I energetically can do anymore.Best of luck with your treatments...
It's probably because Dr. Shim isn't doing the injections. The guy he trained, who has zero experience doing eardrum injections, is doing it. I know I went through the same deal, a couple of my injections hurt a lot too. Because Dr. Shim is just observing and not actually doing the injections.Thanks. I might throw in the towel. Dr. Patrick Love is a great guy, but I am not sure I want to be test subject #1. Especially since there are not many people that have benefited from the treatment like in a big way. It's probably because Dr. Shim isn't doing the injections. Might be a good idea... What were they charging you? You definitely are the guinea pig there. I have had no improvements and it's been 3 months...I might throw in the towel. Dr. Shim was $2700.Might be a good idea... What were they charging you? You definitely are the guinea pig there. I have had no improvements and it's been 3 months...
I tried and flushed $10,000 down the toilet. I honestly feel my hearing has gotten worse so far. I still wear my hearing aid every day...
$1850 for 2 and a 1/2 minutes worth of work lol...Dr. Shim was $2700.
Dr. Patrick was $1850 for three sessions. If I choose to do 3 more, I assume another $1850.
Does he do multiple injections in one treatment? Does he numb your eardrum? Thanks. I only did one treatment and I do not know if I will continue. My ears hurt from the injections and I am not sure I energetically can do anymore.
Yes, he did numb my eardrum and he did three injections in each ear.Does he do multiple injections in one treatment? Does he numb your eardrum?
Nice work if you can get it...$1850 for 2 and a 1/2 minutes worth of work lol...
Yeah a joke if you ask me. A doctor did the same procedure for me for $500 in Miami in 2019. I think they are taking advantage of people with hearing problems!Nice work if you can get it...
It's not surprising. I mean. how many supplements are pushed on people with tinnitus? The medical community is filled with people taking advantage of people with health problems.Yeah a joke if you ask me. A doctor did the same procedure for me for $500 in Miami in 2019. Hopefully...Quick update: my right ear feels great after treatment but the left ear still has fullness after 4 days. Dr. Shim said that can last a bit. I am hopeful but time will tell.
Works for some but not for others. Roll of dice...So what's the consensus on this so far? Numerous posts.
Sounds like the same outcome as the passing of time, I'm afraid.Works for some but not for others.
You never know but I think I flushed $10k down the toilet. Not including my stay/Airbnb etc.Sounds like the same outcome as the passing of time, I'm afraid.
I know it's of little consolation but... you tried. There are many of us that would love to say that we were able to try something. Be proud of yourself that you're doing everything you possibly can to help your health. You could be sitting at home and miserable, thinking "what if."You never know but I think I flushed $10k down the toilet. Not including my stay/Airbnb etc.
I was treated 4 months ago by Dr. Shim in Florida. No positive results to report. I wasted $10,000! But I gave it a try...I'm impressed that Dr. Shim managed to train people in the U.S. Hopefully more doctors will be interested in this, especially in the east coast. I nearly gave up on this treatment because of life circumstances delaying me from being able to progress to where I could try it, but if it's local then that makes it more likely for me.
I still think that round-window PRP treatments are plausible, and the increase of popularity is intriguing. Dr. Shim's posted results of people receiving good results even years after the original damage made me very curious. The fact that it might take three months to notice improvement was odd, but still didn't dissuade me that much.
I'm going to try this in 2025 at the latest.
That's disappointing.I was treated 4 months ago by Dr. Shim in Florida. No positive results to report. I wasted $10,000! But I gave it a try...
I drank $10,000 worth of Kool-Aid!
What's your next course of action? I had intratympanic Dexamethasone injections years ago to my left barotrauma ear. I have a good day maybe every 2 weeks but it comes back upon awakening. I guess I won't see Dr. Shim if you had no improvements. I'm guessing you had similar treatment as @JohnAdams did in South Korea.I was treated 4 months ago by Dr. Shim in Florida. The same surgeon I saw today said I need another surgery (stapedotomy). He acknowledges the surgery definitely failed with the bone cement put in my right ear. He was using the most conservative approach. This next surgery will be more evasive, but he thinks it will work (90% success rate). FML.What's your next course of action? I'm using Widex Moment hearing aids at the moment. Widex has a good app of various nature sounds and white noise. My latest Widex are Bluetooth as well for my phone which is nice. I can play bells and chimes without my phone close by.
Yeah it's quite an undertaking. Airbnb etc...Hey, I forgot to ask, were they combining laser therapy with your injections? They want me to do 10 but I would have to stay in Sarasota for 2 weeks, not sure if I'm up for that.
