as the time come for me to start my acting school I was wondering what is safe for me to do I already inform my agent that I'm hearing sensitive ( ok a small white lie but i was doing it to not go into a really loud Place where i can develop Noise induce T) so i wondering if it would be safe to do the following even for a short time typical day on set is 14 hours with a lot of waiting and sitting around

club Seance ( I know clubs in real life is a NO)
military / gun shooting
Explosions
Planes
stuff where kids are screaming
sporting events parade and fan screaming

Dude, is this a serious post?

If it is, I think any of the listed for 14 hours a day might be damaging.

I don't know how much people are going to be able to help you here because I doubt many, if any, of us having an experience acting.

There's a bunch of actors with tinnitus who continue to do a bunch of action movies: Gerald Butler and Sly Stone are a couple names I can think of. So it can be done.

I don't think a lot of those scenes will be that bad, pretty sure club scenes in movies are filmed with no actual music in the background, so that's not too bad. For action scenes, I imagine some of the explosions and what not are real so I'd have some good ear plugs (custom musician plugs, or some clear silicon plugs like EARasers are pretty discrette if you're going to be filmed).

Just take it day by day, have good ear plugs handy and see how you go.
