My local Walmart has speakers on every entrance and they are set to 112-125 decibels according to my smartwatch AND my db meter from Amazon
Just found out about Diplacusis. It has four types. I think I have Diplacusis binauralis or Diplacusis dysharmonica. I'm not sure lol

My faint wind tone in left ear is still raging up. I hate it so much. I can't sleep. Fuck fire alarms above 100 decibels. 75 is enough!
Half a day after smoke alarm and so far my tinnitus is only 10% worse. Left ear got a new tone that's not that loud but still...I feel angry
