I cant sleep. T is blasting loud.
What gets damaged first during acoustic trauma/NIHL. Inner or Cochlea Cells? Could Outer cells be ok and inner be damaged? Anyone? Thanks.

Horrible Tinnitus. Another sleepless night. Could hear T over everything pretty much, very loud in pitch.
My Audiologist says a 20db drop in hearing is normal and that it will come back when I reduce my stress. -
