This is exhausting.

I am starting to "forget" that I have T more throughout the day. Going on 10 months soon. Wish it would lower in volume still.
This noise is stupid.
Just have noise literally blowing out of my ears 24/7. What kind of nonsense is this?
There is a study nearby where I live using rTMS for a condition that I have called "'interstitial cystitis." Could it work for tinnitus?
It is absolutely stunning to me how tinnitus can rock people- HARD, to the core. Especially in the most "early stages."

Couldn't sleep last night so took extra sleep meds, which I don't want to do but I have to sleep. Got up late, the ear pain is killing me.
First day of school went well. Now time to "relax" in bed and recoup before my daughter's dance class. Staying busy helps, I guess!

Made an appointment with the ENT/Audiologist at Stanford in Palo Alto, CA. Hoping they can know something that I don't!
Still wanting to get off Amitriptyline that I am using for sleep. What sound machine y'all suggest?
I've been doing pretty good mentally over the past few weeks. I was hoping by 8 months that the sound level would've lessened but it hasn't.
Yeah, this noise done wiped me out today.
Seems like the "cure" for this thing is to stay busy.
