    I've been using them the whole time I've had T. I keep them at a comfortable volume, and don't see how that causes more damage the other louder sounds I regularly experience. I think headphones are fine as long as you keep the volume in moderation.

    I was taking some supplements that were probably worthless. I also wasn't paying attention in the weight room and the let the leg press machine slam in my ear. I am not sure either of these caused my T, but I am pretty sure the weight room incident caused my H. I am embarrassed about both.

    I really think Wilden audiograms are faked. LLLT definitely doesn't help with T for a lot of people. I'm pretty sure it doesn't make a big difference for a lot of people if it does work at all. Also, I don't see what advantage a laser has over the sun or a normal lamp for this purpose.

    I work a job where I have to sit in a cubicle behind a desk for a lot of the day. This is the worst possible environment to be in for T sufferers. The longer I sit still in a quite room the louder my T gets and it makes it impossible to concentrate. Does anyone else experience this?

    My Tinnitus fluctuates a lot too and I thought it was gone the first time it dropped to a 1 also. If we have a guide for newbies section it should mention this, don't declare your tinnitus gone. I think everyone with fluctuating tinnitus goes through this unfortunate letdown.
