Magnesium, Good night tea with lavender,chamomile, and hops, 2 grams melatonin, and valerian. All this helps me to sleep pretty good. Also my T goes down in volume when i'm laying down, thank God for that.

I put my phone under my pillow and play masking sounds on low volume, it has the same effect as the sound pillow.

Please be very careful with AD's they can cause the ringing to get worse. Im in a tinnitus facebook group and almost every day i read about someone who got T. from an AD or someone who had an increase after taking it.

Not yet, but my ringing is slowly getting lower, it takes a while to heal because the nerves and muscles around my ears have been compressed for so long. I'm patient and have trust it wil go. What exactly is wrong with your jaw? if it's just the popping noises i'm sure it can be healed.

How do you sleep with very loud tinnitus? Mine is quite mild in general but sometimes i have spikes and find it very hard to sleep than.

I have also ringing due to TMJ, it truly is hard to live with and jaw pain and ringing in the ears. You are young and your TMJ can go away. What helps me is doing jaw exercises everyday.

Mine is always worse after a shower or a car drive, which sucks because i would love to have a shower before bedtime to relax. Interesting to read that more people with muscular T have issues with this, i read somewhere that vibrations are causing the spike.

Your on alot of meds that are ototoxic which damage the ears.
