You may be absolutely right, I've noticed some things as well that aren't in the official Neuromod brochure.

They walk you through it all when you get your device. I learnt quickly to trust the device fitter and to stop messing with the settings.

I don't believe Neuromod have said that, are you confusing it with hyperacusis? Neuromod told me that they did not see the same response from hyperacusis in TENT-A2.

My tinnitus is very reactive, especially to white noise. Lenire made my tinnitus louder for a week or so and from then onwards just for an hour or so after each treatment.

I don't consider myself to have had "slight improvement". I've had silence for almost all of the last 5 days, which to me is a major improvement. Granted, I'm not cured, but it was worth every penny.

Mostly tonal, but would get noisy when I'm stressed or tired. In head and ears, it varied.

Neuromod Medical currently only operates 2 days a week. I believe those days are Tuesday and Friday, if nothing has changed since July.

They did; they said the same to me, that FDA approval was being processed but that it was a very lengthy process.

Sounds like you did the right things. I have young kids and it's hard to avoid, they are just being kids. I would probably want to avoid any noises places for a few weeks if it was me, but don't over plug unnecessarily.

We all got the same sounds, but you can now request a different set of sounds if you want to. This option wasn't available at the beginning, they must have created them based on customer feedback.

Something we haven't seen or had leaked/rumoured yet is a graph of 'time with tinnitus' plotted against 'THI reduction over treatment period'. That will be a very interesting graph... or not. Anyone understand Neuroplasticity enough to know if something like tinnitus can "set in" with time...

Massively better! Almost not an issue anymore. It's been a bumpy road, but the trend has been down. I still hear tinnitus from time to time, but I have more silence or very low volume than I do anything else.

If you just want to stick with the 'out of the box' settings you can. Alternatively, you can book an ad-hoc appointment at Neuromod to pick up again. They didn't quote a price, but they generally have charged 250Euros a session so far.

Do they change the timings @BigNick? Mine's on Friday.

There are a number of audio tracks to choose from, some without white noise.

The white noise isn't pleasant for me, I blame it on the temporary spike I get. If it isn't necessary for the treatment they should remove it.
