2020 US Presidential Election

Simply stating facts. Trump got more votes than any other president in US history. Guess Biden just got lucky and beat the odds.
Well considering how much the population has grown since 2008 and considering this was the highest voter turn out in over a century, this really shouldn't be surprising.

That sounds more like you are describing the tactics of the left. Of organizations like BLM. Even the city of Detroit is fighting back against their tactics. They have a law suit now against BLM.
But she quoted what Republican officials are telling the press, so however it sounds to you, the people in question are Trump sycophants.
No, they just bitch and moan about nonexistent fraud for 2 months after losing.

It's not "luck." If Biden ran against Romney, for instance, he would have lost. Biden won for one reason only. He ran against Trump.

When Trump was inaugurated in 2017, the Democrats reacted with violence in Washington DC. They attacked the police, resulting in hospitalization of officers, burned vehicles, and more. Over 200 people were arrested in DC. Things did not change, they did the same, and a lot more, across the country in 2020 during the campaign, for months. This sent out a message to Trump supporters, that another Trump win would not be tolerated.

Yup, you continue to say that the election was one because of violent threats with no evidence to back it up. Not even the right wing media went with this crap. There was one editorial that speculated about this and never was any real evidence found.

There is now way to document the fear that people felt when they saw their streets filled with violent mobs.

Biden will not give, to those who fought in the streets for him, the recognition and rewards that they are demanding, and this will not be good for him and that woman. It is all about the dissatisfaction by the heads of BLM, who were involved in the street mayhem. They (BLM and others) put their lives and freedom on the line, for Biden, and they want their due. I actually agree with them, they did what they did for Biden, and he should reward them.

Really? This is interesting. I am curious what makes you think that Biden is not a feasible candidate otherwise.

I assume Romney was just used as an example, but even specifically compared to him, Biden has the advantage of being a vice president under a recent and generally well-regarded president in Obama.

Many thought that Clinton would have won easily since she ran against Trump. The race ended up close in critical states, but it was still a shocking upset. Granted, opponents of Trump at that time didn't have four years of presidency to call back upon.

Biden is "serviceable" but there isn't massive enthusiasm about him (vs the enthusiasm to vote against Trump).

As far as your point about Clinton vs Trump, I'm not a huge fan of neoliberalism but I did vote for her over Trump. I would have have maybe voted 3rd party or written someone in if I didn't live in a swing state.

Flash forward 4 years. I would have waited 8 hours just to vote against Trump, no matter which state I lived in. I think your last sentence sums my thoughts on that well.

She needs a Trumpy Bear.
From the above article:

"Wilson compared Republicans in Trump's corner to prostitutes as he nears the end of his term."

The ironic thing is, in reality, we now have a VP that is literally one of those that he is comparing Republicans in Trump's corner to.

The left spent 4 years trying to expel Trump, overturn a proper election. Last I heard, they are going to continue on their crusade even after he is out of office. Such a joke.

Hotels in Washington DC are planning to close, during the Biden inauguration, to discourage pro-Trump demonstrations. Black Lives Matter is asking for more hotels to deny Trump supporters their right to stay, and exercise their right to peacefully assemble.

I sincerely hope that Trump does not attend the inauguration. It would be best, for him to give a speech to his supporters at the demonstration.

What happened with Hillary?

Another thing, if Biden was such a poor candidate, how did he beat all of the others including Kamala during the primary? You'd think the Democrats could come up with someone better than a racist old man. All of those women and " people of color" and they chose a 78 year old white guy. Oldest president ever.

Biden, "you can't walk into a 7 eleven without speaking with a slight Indian accent".

The hypocrisy of the left never ceases to amaze.

Marketing. People were repeatedly told only Biden could beat Trump. I don't think that's true but a number of people thought only a very centrist candidate could.

How'd they do that? Even when they impeached him, Mike Pence would've just become President. That's hardly overturning the election. Overturning the election would've been what Trump is doing now. Which is way worse than what the Democrats did. As much as the Democrats bitched like children, and dear god did they bitch like children, the Democrats did not go to court to overturn the election.

Because the Democrats thought they needed a moderate to beat Trump. Which was dumb of them. Anyone afraid of socialism voted for Trump, they didn't need to run Biden's bland ass to win.

And I really can't believe you are a Trump supporter that's PC policing Biden. Trump has so many offensive things that I couldn't even list them all. He Implied a judge couldn't do his job because of his race. He said he wanted a "complete and total shutdown on Muslims". Where's your outrage there?

You don't think the Democrats wouldn't have done so if there was evidence that the Republicans had committed fraud, and that there were many irregularities like existed in 2020's Presidential election? Sure they would have. The left cant live without Trump, nor the mainstream media. They feed of off him.

Where is your outrage at the things that Biden has said over the many years of his lifetime in politics? He fought against bussing of minority children. Just ask Kamala.

So the Democratic Party is full of mostly sheep?
Maybe I wasn't clear.

I was saying that passion to beat Trump made people vote strategically because it is believed to be the most generally appealing choice broadly and easier to market to the mythical "swing" voter.

There is no evidence though. Over 60 cases have been lost by the Trump campaign and its allies. If you lose in court 5 dozen times, that's quite a miserable failure. That makes it very clear that the accusations against the 2020 don't hold up in a court of law and are quite frankly, a joke.

I voted for Biden because he was better than Trump. He was last choice in the primary for many of the reasons you bring up now. But it's ironic that you feel these things are disqualifying for Biden when Trump has said worse and you bring up Biden's words from decades ago in response to Trumps words from just a few years ago.
So the Democratic Party is full of mostly sheep?
The people of both parties are sheep to be honest, American politics is won based on who can trick the most idiots. It's pretty pathetic.

Hey guys, anyone want to put down a solid prediction on who will win in Georgia next weeks? It could be fun, I'll keep track of everyone's predictions if you want.
I will publish a picture of my nutsack if Democrats win. God willing they won't.

First of all, sorry I forgot you ajc. Second of all, I'm definitely liking that enthusiasm but I'm not sure posting a picture of your scrotum is necessary lol. That said, your prediction is noted.

@FGG @Pulsing Ear @just1morething @Luman @TeeOh @Lilah @Zugzug

I personally predict the Democrats win both seats and take the Senate.
I think Democrats will win both seats as well but if it does end up being split then I reckon it would be Senator David Perdue and Raphael Warnock.

If it's alright, I'd like to add my prediction.
I think it's going to result in 1 - 1, with Perdue and Warnock being the victors. Might be overexaggerating info I hear from my friend that Loeffler is not really popular, but I could see it going any one of the three ways.
