Chit Chat and All That...

Pleased to hear you've found some sanctuary and are destressing.

If you like it so much, why don't you see if you can get a job there?

Then you can get paid to eat: egg and cheese on everything bagels, apple cider donuts, granola cereals with oat milk, and earl grey teas with lavender, while you talk tinnitus, all the time.
I definitely would like to and will look into it, thanks. You know, it just hard to make moves sometimes. You ever had that feeling where you feel like you're stuck in life? I feel like that all the time.

P.S. I'm fully aware that you're a tea aficionado, so I have to ask... Which tea do you reckon I try tomorrow?

I also saw that on my YouTube feed before. The first thing I thought was would it help my tinnitus. Seriously obsessed with everything and anything lately
Funny that it came up on your feed as well. Wondering if it might soften tinnitus was the first thing I thought too. Am going to have a dig at the fields round our way in the next couple of days lol.

I went to the local fields today and picked a few Dandelions. Opted for the leaf tea version (steeped 15 minutes) rather than the flower, although there's a video online where the guy says the flower contains something like 150 times the concentration of what can be found in the rest of the plant. Flowers next I reckon :)

I will never forget the day I visited my local hair salon to get my haircut, only to find a DJ and rapper, fully supplied with decks and a stack of sub-woofer speakers, performing a live set inside the entrance.

Just... why? :dunno:

Also I should mention, please don't make too big a deal of this, because she gets shy. (y)

Any tips and tricks on how to use them and not end up with a mouth like Dracula's dinner?

...and believe it or not, it was my dentist who recommended them. Must be looking for repeat business.
Unless you happen to have teeth like toe separators, these things are useless  even the smallest size wasn't fitting between my teeth.
They're in the bin now. I tried the smallest one again tonight and it bent in half.

That's lovely @Damocles. What's for breakfast?
Probably some English Breakfast tea for starters. I've been having it everyday, ever since he suggested it to me. A little bit of half and half milk in it. It's delicious especially when you combo it with an apple cider donut.

I've tried them on one dentist's recommendation.

Another dentist recommended floss. Lidl (supermarket discount seller, a German firm) sell a pretty good dental floss. How it compares with the whatcha may call them that you have, well I just don't have the data.

I floss last thing at night after brushing... I don't get many cavities, but then I've given up sugar in my tea, coffee and I don't take a lot of soft sugary in soft drinks etc.

I recently had an inlay on an upper tooth but since then haven't been able to get any floss in between it and the next one along. Plan B is to lie in the garden with open mouth and see if the birds will have a go:

Well you learn something new every day, I'd never heard of a Waterpik before. Have you ever tried one? Appears they do a cordless version for forty quid.
I've yet to try one personally but my dentist recommended I get one. It's better than flossing apparently and less looking like Dracula at the end of use lol. 60 quid for a branded Waterpik in Tesco, Amazon probs do a cheaper version. 60 quid to squirt water in my mouth was a tad pricey for me.
