@OnceUponaTime It's a great seasoning, I usually get it at Sam's Club. It's harder to find elsewhere it seems.

It's not a ton, but if you don't salt liberally your meat doesn't taste good!! Looks like everyone wants pizza today. Hey, I'm happy to not do the dishes. I'll take pics the next time I use the instapot.

Not more snow!! I'm done with snow. We had a freak hail storm.

Looks like the rain is here. I just got done putting the chickens from the run to the cage so my silkies don't get wet. Boom! Baby mountain lion. Rushed to grab out outside cat Sneakers and put her in the garage.

The neighborhood is waiting for mamma to show up. We're all wondering if animal control will come, or if baby will head back towards the mountains. It's been so eventful around here!

I had my two sons at 46 and 49. I love them to bits, just hope I'm going to be around long enough to see them grow up and become men. I was a late starter :LOL:

@aot @Lurius At what age, if any, did you think "Wow, my parents are old compared to others?" Did/Does it bother you?

People now a days are having children at a much older age.
Is he a strong 80 yo? My dad is 82 and strong like a bull! I won't say my age though. You guys will have to guess...:LOL::LOL::LOL:

@OnceUponaTime It can be. I think it's smart and heading fast back home. Good thing some nieghbors just let there dogs out to hunt. It was checking out some kids 3 doors down in their backyard.

Right!!! I think it's funny everyone is complaining. Even my sister.

When my dad showed up at my school one day and everyone thought he was my grandpa.

Doesn't really bother me, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit jealous that other dads played video games and stuff with their kids, and mine mostly read newspapers and watched TV. We did stuff together though.

The TV was always playing old TV shows like Have Gun - Will Travel (which I loved watching everyday after school with my dad.) and M.A.S.H and Dragnet.

A lot of people tell me that I'm more mature for my age, that I act older than I actually am. I suppose it's not coincidental.

It's head up into the mountains. We had a interruption in our rely that guy was trucking it home. Which means when my chickens were freaking out and I was herding them in I was out there with it! No wonder Sneakers was trying to rush me to the house!

Same for me on all fronts.

I even had way older friends because of this. One of my good friends died in 2018. She was in her late 70s. She was my mom's friend and I trumped my mom out. I always get told by older people that they like me cause I seem older!! :ROFL::ROFL:

I often think about the grandpa scenario LOL

I was a relatively young looking 49 year old until tinnitus hit, then I aged 10 years overnight.

M.A.S.H is a great show.

This. Being in Florida, I'm constantly surrounded by old people, and always handled them better than my coworkers whenever they had a complaint or something.
