@pinklights98
I've read you review. I'm sorry to hear Lenire spiked your tinnitus. There can be many reasons why it gets worse.
I'm definitely not going to be the person that tells you to tough it out and continue. Can you give them a call before proceeding with the treatment? Maybe go in for another MML test to objectively assess whether or not it got worse? Stress can also wreak havoc on our tinnitus as I'm sure you know.
From reading some of your posts I see you're definitely very sensitive to sounds these days and worried over a lot of sound exposures. With the onset of tinnitus, many people develop some sort of hyperacusis (don't know if it's really hyperacusis, but some hypervigilance around any loud sounds) that fades over time. You were quick to get into Lenire after onset, maybe too soon?
You say you can't use other sound therapies on YouTube. Do you listen to these with headphones? If so, maybe you're overdoing the auditory stimulation? I guess not, because of your cautiousness around sounds.
These are all just some thoughts I had while reading your post. I have no real answers and just wanted to say I'm sorry you're going through this. It's probably good to point out
@Redknight had some initial worsening.
All the best. I hope it settles.
