Manzanilla wine, olives and coastal fresh breeze. A match made in heaven.

Thanx, Elmer.

I wish I had a better camera. Because of the sunlight coming through the window, it is always a bit hard to take a good picture that's clear.

Not sure if I shared this picture before, but it was early in the morning and as I was having my first cup of coffee, I saw this beauty going by. Had to snap a few pictures. :)

Now that's a great picture. The wife wanted to take a hot balloon ride, then realized, no, wait we live on an island I could wind up in New Zealand.

@Steph1710, a beautiful tree in such a stunning setting! Hope you are feeling somewhat better?
Thanks @MindOverMatter :)

The mansion I look after is very beautiful and in an even more beautiful setting. I am very proud of it.

Unfortunately, I'm not feeling much better. My tinnitus has been elevated recently and my annoying bird chirp sound is back. It's very hard to ignore. However, my lungs seem to be improving somewhat. Thanks for asking. Means a lot.

Hope you're doing well? Have you got a Christmas tree pic for us? I like @Damocles for starting the tree thingy off.

Thanks @MindOverMatter :)

Bister Mungle does it for me as well. A lot.

Sorry to hear that @Steph1710. I truly hope you will feel better soon. It's a lot of ups and downs with this condition, as you and many of us know by now. But at one point it will turn, and the darker days will get brighter yet again. Have faith in that!

I'm doing okay, thanks for asking! Some days better than others. I always try to take a step back on the less good days to see where am I today compared to 2 years back. And the short answer is; I'm in a better place. However, darker days will always lurk around, and sometimes come out of sudden. But we have to look for that silver lining on those days. Because its there, but sometimes its just hard to see it and believe in it...

Anyways, the Christmas tree is all done for the festive season. The decorations are not done by me though :)

Maybe I should ask for a refund.

That fortune teller mentioned nothing about tinnitus.

Did she tell you anything about being my tinnitus crush???

OMFG you look jawdroppin' hot in whatever you're wearing there!
I've got to say that three different fortune tellers, in three different cities, three distant moments of my life, refused to read my hand palm. True story. Scary story.
Haha! Did you know back in the day, Mr Bungle put on high school show called 'Bister Mungle'. It was one of their very early shows, they must have been 15-17? It was cute.
I've been following them since they released their first album with Warner. Have been at several of their gigs. I specially enjoyed the Disco Volante ones, which is also my favorite album, although the last one is a killer as well. Have been at various Mike Patton concerts also in quite different settings. Everything from trio with John Zorn and Ikue Mori to Faith No More in larger venues. I really like everything Trevor Dunn does as well. Also Trey Spruance with his Secret Chiefs 3 outings. Some incredible talent and music from that bunch from Eureka.

My tree from last year. Haven't put my own one up yet @Damocles @OnceUponaTime but I will do this weekend. Not sure what colour scheme to go with yet.
Beautiful, Steph!

I also like to change the color scheme every year.

This was my last years tree... Blue. :)

Thanks!

It's a Halloween costume. I was a black swan/black widow or something... :)

The fortune teller is a good friend of mine. Coolest girl ever.

If you visit Constanţa, you will see lots of gypsies in the streets dressed like her. They also wear a bathrobe on top of everything. This is the standard gipsy outfit. :)

I know, FRUMOASA. I have some Romanian friends here. Cool people. Some of the women wear that and also sport gold teeth which I personally like lots.
I'll visit Constanţa anytime you invite me, anyway.

Retrospective from this summer where a butterfly landed on my hand - and stayed there for quite a while. Small moments that make a big difference. Moments to remember.

Similar to a butterfly, I've gone through a metamorphosis, been released from my dark cocoon, embraced my wings, and soared!

@MindOverMatter, I've spent the last hour trying to track down what the exact species of that gorgeous butterfly is!
