Wondering What We All Do for Our Work/Job/Living

I mostly enjoy my work....

I am off work atm due to severe nausea.
I suffered this for 2 years daily and let up four months ago when i adjusted my lifestyle and started some supplements.
nausea returned 5 days ago. now i feel the nausea is far worse and so much more debilitating than the t. that has given me perspective :(

BTW Amelia,

Do you work in mining? My partner supervises an underground gold mine in Costerfield, just outside of Bendigo Victoria.
I did ( I'm in NSW) before having my children - I wasn't an operator, I looked after inductions and contractors for several sites - which I loved - and after that I worked the safety dept of an underground mine until I became pregnant and was too sick to work.

All my family and husband are involved in mining - around here it's pretty muchj mining work, or retail in a supermarket etc.

Also sorry to hear you have been/are unwell - sounds just horrible :(

Interesting...a lot of Aussies here employed in the mining industry.
So sorry, Debin. Hope the nausea improves. Haven't had to deal with that yet regarding T. But I have had vestibular problems since I was young and wonder if it is in my future.

I'm a 9-1-1 dispatcher. I'm new to recognizing this as Tinnitus. I've had ringing in my ears for as far back as I remember. I thought everyone did! It got very intrusive within the past year which is why I finally mentioned it recently. So, I'm just starting to research this. Hope it's fixable and doesn't get any worse!

I'm a day time juggalo, honestly you can say it's embarrassing but I'm confident about it, it's good money and you get a good night sleep. :p plus a few of the ladies were relatively hot if they would've lost some weight. :)

I'm an AmeriCorps member in their Public Allies program. I go through leadership training for 10 months, and am placed at a non-profit here in Chicago where we work on youth gang prevention during that time. I'm a guitar teacher on the side and hope to do that full-time some day.

After my recent post about the weekends we all had planned lets find out a bit more about what else we all do when not dealing or learning to cope with t so my post is 'what do we all do for a job work career etc'. I will start the ball rolling!!!

I work as an 'IT Support manager' we run a small help desk of techy whizz kids who help people with their computers and epos till operations. It's a chain of supermarkets in the uk I work for and I help people 'reboot' their systems it does fix a lot of IT issues ! What do you do?
Hiya Im in the U.K and I am a teaching assistant in a high school

Of course, there is no reason that a juggalo (ICP groupie) can't also be a gigolo (male escort)! -G

That's what I meant, I don't even know what ICP is. I'm being really open here and I don't wanna hear harsh comments and jokes about my profession, I get enough of that from my parents.
