    Went to see Christmas lights with the family. I was hesitant, but I wore earplugs and it was a nice time. :)

    Thanks Steph1710! My SIL is Steph and I have two friends named Steph. Anyway, kind of a rough day but I try to focus on others when it's tough. It's a dark, dreary day here so that doesn't help. :-(

    Ha! Great names your friends have ;) And sorry to learn of your struggles today. :( it's a very up and down condition. Most days I'm fine, but occasionally it gets to me. Where abouts in the US are you? I'm from rainy England - it's very cold here atm. x x

    Yes it is a great name! I'm from Texas! The winters are dull and dreary mixed with some sunshine. I've been to England a few times and you all do have some rainy, cold weather for sure. How long have you had T?

    Headaches, dizziness, fullness and anxiety are better in the last 10 weeks. Autoimmune Protocol for 6 weeks has helped with inflammation.

    Ten weeks in with an acoustic trauma. As many have said, this has been very difficult. I've done a lot of walking and praying.

    @Bill Bauer, it's hard to say. It seems about the same, maybe .001 % better. I've had other improvements, such as headaches are better, the fullness is better, the Hyperacusis was doing better slightly.
