I think the main problem is the wind noise on long distances, as the exhaust system can always be silenced, and 125 cc are not so loud anyway... So I think a full face helmet which fits you well and doesn't let the wind come through, with a pair of customized earplugs specifically for riding...

Hey @Jaybeee I totally agree with Samantha's suggestions... You need to shift your focus and keep as busy as you can, mentally and physically, so you will drain the T out... You are only six weeks into it, you will be amazed to see, if you work actively towards lessening your emotional...

Hi @Bobby B and thank you for your reply... Yes I was Flying jetliners... I don't think I really have a problem with the noise inside the plane, besides the odd crying baby next to me, as I fly a lot and I never get spikes... But I think 3 flights in a row was a little too much for my ears...
