2020 US Presidential Election

The cases in the court were thrown out because the judges said they had no standing. The SCOTUS will be hearing the case for Wisconsin soon, so we can see what happens there. For the most part I think the courts are trying to stay out of this because they don't want to set a precedent for the future where campaigns may routinely try to use the court to over throw an election. I doubt SCOTUS will do anything.

The evidence out there is overwhelming that fraud did occur, and not I'm not going to waste time listing it all on here. Its out there if you read up on it. Was it enough to turn the election? I don't think we will ever know for sure. In addition to fraud, election laws were broken in places like PA where absentee ballots in the mail were accepted past the deadline. Ballots were sent out to folks that hadn't even requested a ballot, and the law did not provide for that. Those ballots are all invalid. Once the ballots were received and counted, many of the poll workers threw out the envelope so that it is now impossible to tell when it was received and other factors that determine if its valid. So not only was there fraud, there was also breaking of election rules. So many sworn affidavits out there of people that witnessed the problems.

I know that when I went to bed election night it was about 3:00 AM and Trump lead in every battle ground state, most by double digits. By 10 PM the next day they had mostly all flipped in favor of Biden. Some precincts were reporting in with 90% or more of the votes for Biden. 10,000 or more straight in a row almost all Biden votes. That's not even statistically possible.

If you are an American that believes that there was no significant fraud in this election then you are smoking some serious grass.

Again if the evidence is "overwhelming" why is he losing case after case after case? Not just talking about SCOTUS (and by the way two conservative judges bothered to publicly say apart from standing they wouldn't have ruled in Trump's favor anyway).

Why did Giuliani say publicly there is fraud and in court say explicitly it wasn't a fraud case?

Are all these conservative judges smoking grass too?

There is literally nothing in this post that is factually correct.

I might need to recalibrate my sarcasm meter but... You thought he was a female Trump fan from the Middle East?
I was just guessing on this person's gender. I took it he didn't vote, therefore probably couldn't. Then his name sounded sort of Middle Eastern. I know some Iranians don't like Trump. How was I to know unless I reviewed more of his posts? Logical right?

It's not my name. It's a Hebrew word that is part of my screen name. My name is Scott. Why did you take it I didn't vote? I did vote.

You are sarcastic in this thread and tease. I posted a joking smiley. I even came back and said I was just teasing. I wasn't being malicious.

I find that you interpreted a Hebrew word to be something that prompted you to post a picture of people holding signs that are Anti-Israel amusing.

Okay, all good! I didn't know I was sarcastic.

Hmm. Just 1 more thing. So you want free things and life is never enough. You must be a socialist. Your pure black background says you support the BLM movement like any good Marxist. :)

I'm kidding. I'll do me.

ZugZug. Warcraft phrase. Green skin. I'm a troll! God, I wish I was a troll and not a real person posting about these fucked up disorders.

This post office employee overheard the director at his post office telling employees to post date any ballots received after the deadline to make them appear that they arrived in time. The news posted reports that he recanted his story, but that was fake news. He came back to let everyone know that he never recanted it.

His story however completely falls apart when only a handful arrived past election date regardless of when they were mailed:

Only 2 ballots that arrived late and had Nov. 3 postmark came from Erie postal facility

No, I had remembered a picture of someone burning Trump's picture, kind of like your picture of Obama burning Trump's book. It had nothing to do with anti-Israel. I think the picture was Iranians mad at Trump about something.

I read that it's a Hebrew girl's name. You never really said in prior posts that you voted one way or another, from what I recall.

So that means he was lying, the fellow in charge of the post office never told them those words?

Even if what you say is true, only "a handful" were reported, then that's still a crime. It's like when you see a cockroach in a home, there are 100 more hiding in the walls.

50% of America can see the fraud. Believe what you want.

Too bad none of those Americans are judges in a court of law.

It was literally 2. At the post office he said he overheard this involved nebulous plan from.

If that kind of crime as you say happened at literally *every* post office in Pennsylvania that would mean 3610 extra votes for Biden.

I know Trump supporters are desperate to find ways to prove the election was stolen but it just doesn't add up. None of these cases do. That's why they are all thrown out. Even by Trump appointed lower court judges.

50% of people believing something isn't proof either. At one time, the entire world believed the sun revolved around the Earth.
