Where is emmalee anyway...?
Good to see you Jim, and Jcb, too! That said, what happened to emmalee is a bit of a mystery. Her last posts were on February 20th. She posted 11 posts that day. Nothing she wrote indicated that she was having any new problem or going through a rough time. Then, suddenly, several days after, she deleted her avatar and all of the people that she had been following. In addition, she no longer accepted PMs.
It's as if she suddenly decided to leave the forum for good. We could ask @Markku to write her and let her know that we are genuinely concerned about her. That's if he still has her email address.
Hey Jim, hope you are ok mate? It's good to see you and @Jcb post again and know that the both of you are still relatively okay...

Good on you, Markku.Just so everyone who was worried knows, I got a response back from @emmalee - she had a very understandable reason to have gone away. As per her wishes, I won't go into details publicly, but she said I can mention more details privately.
Well, at least one of my dogs appreciates my music...
God, I feel that cat one so bad.
Speaking of which, how are your kitties these days?God, I feel that cat one so bad.
I feel like my little furbabies are becoming famous on this thread!Speaking of which, how are your kitties these days?

Midnight left is still a spooky baby. I've got my plants inside for the winter and she's doing better about not shredding them. Though she still rough houses too hard with Mulan and Cinder.
Mulan (Middle) and Cinder (right) hate the snow and the cold even more than me as they can't comfortably go out on their leashes. Cinder gets too cold even with her winter jacket. (I'm wondering if she'd tolerate booties?). One good thing about winter is that I dug out my winter lap blankets and apparently Cinder and Mulan love them! No one usually snuggles with me at night because Cinder has dibs, but the electric lap blanket and my magical purple blanket are too hard to resist for Mulan!!! So I'm actually getting Mulan snuggles!!! I get Cinder and Mulan snuggling on me at once!!! It's a miracle.
And considering we don't have firewood this year I'm gonna need that warmth.
Poor Sneakers is not pleased about winter. She wants to be an indoor kitty. She hates the snow and wind. Not to mention all these new cats trying to push in on her turf. Poor baby. I"m already not out there enough to keep the other cats backed off. I wish I could make her a special cat door to slip into the chicken cage. But alas that's raccoons, skunks, foxes, and other critters will get in.
Okay, there's my long winded update. You asked for it.
Cats 9500 years of domestication and we still can't figure them out, actually it's more like 9500 years and the cats can't figure us out. It's so rare to get them all lined up for pictures! But they all love their photos being taken. Poor Mulan's whiteness makes it hard though.
Very cold. I'm hoping, praying, for a mild winter. Ha-ha. I don't have to work to hard to make them snuggle right now. But they would go crazy. It has to be their idea. They are cats after all.
Great work!Latest woodwork making doll house furniture.
And for Limberjacks' amusement.

That sounds about right.Cats 9500 years of domestication and we still can't figure them out, actually it's more like 9500 years and the cats can't figure us out.
So, so happy for you, Lab. I hope you continue to improve and you get to go out for some fresh air more often. Big hug.I guess I'm doing not bad. I went outside for the first time in a year and a half a week ago. Went for a walk in the neighbourhood. H has improved a lot... Full body pain on the other hand not doing too well. BUT, I'm trying to remain positive and I'm enrolling for the next academic year despite the pain. It's another 10 months I have left to improve, maybe I'll be able to actually go? I'm going to try. I can cancel the enrollment last minute anyway. Wish me luck
You made me laugh, my friend.Oh how is the trouble causing whip wielding terror known as @OnceUponaTime doing
Things have been crazy for everyone this year, myself included. I hope you feel better soon. You made me laugh, my friend.
The last couple of months have been a bit hard for me.
A combination of things that have left me exhausted, to say the least.
But I still push through my days as best as I can, and always hoping for better days to come.
Warm hug,
Once
