So basically it's a reality show that follows an actual practice in a different location of England each series.

There are cameras set up in each doctor's office, so you (the audience) get to observe highlights of several of their consultations from throughout the week.

Every 3rd patient that goes in, does so with an ailment related to their anus.

You should see their faces when they get told they don't need a finger up the bum; swear to god they're all hoping junior's going to get sent in...
