Solution; A small plot of land and a manual push mower or a fully autonomous electric one. Screw the trees, they don't need any maintenance.

That's very impressive! Now I want to go there too! Maybe in summertime, to escape from blazing hot weather in Spain... Is there a quota to access to nature parks in Sweden? I mean, is there over-demand like in the US?
The northern part of Sweden is very beautiful. I did go on a trip about a decade ago as a child. It's just totally different from the southern parts, although the archipelago and beech tree woods are quite nice here too.
