Stem Cell Clinics for Treating Tinnitus?

I'm going to get 6 injections. Broward ENT only did two injections with blood PRP injections and included the fat from liposuction. Dr. Shim disagrees with fat injections, he claims it's not helpful and potentially harmful to you. I'm only doing my left ear with Dr. Shim.
How did your first injection go mate?

I came across Innate Healthcare Stem Cell Clinic while looking for stem cell clinics and was wondering if anyone has ever been there? Or if anyone has any additional info on these or similar clinics?

They told me they will set up a consultation to talk about tinnitus/hyperacusis treatment so at least it's not an outright instant denial like some.

I'm thinking StemCells21 are probably still the best option but searching around still.

Still waiting for improvements. It was one full month (4 weeks) on 8-5-22. Dr. Shim said it would likely take 2-4 months to realize any improvements most likely. Fingers crossed...
What all symptoms do you have Scotty?

Fingers crossed you improve.

Really hope it works for you!

Searching for somewhere to do it myself now too but not many places do, as you say the specific treatment you got is unique.

Probably just need to bite the bullet and go to StemCells21 which is stem cells + PRP + a bunch of other things too.

Even though it's crazy expensive, it is worth it if it fixes this curse even just a little. I just want the pain hyperacusis to get better. I can deal with the tinnitus.

Hearing loss, tinnitus and hyperacusis (reactive tinnitus). This is all before the procedure of course.
The treatment you got seems like it's one of the highest chances of working out of all the things out there tbh. Would be great if the clinic used MSC cells instead of the bone marrow ones. Are MSC cells just not available in the US?

Do you have loudness or pain hyperacusis, or both?

Loudness issues. No pain.
I don't have that issue oddly. Just loud single tone tinnitus and extreme burning pain for me. My pain is fleeting at times but still annoying and becoming more easily triggered.

I am considering the treatment you just got but will probably choose to go to StemCells21 first. Might just do both.

I saw two pricing options from StemCells21, $38k and $58k. Is that what you have?
This is what I got very recently. Might ask for a double dose with a small discount, they'll probably do that.

I think these are the best going but I do believe that IV stem cells work well too. Kind of thinking IV exosomes might be even better. Will get that too at Anova if they let me.

They didn't have the $19.5k option when I last checked but that was a few years ago. The $58k gets you 200 million stem cells.

I'm currently looking into Concierge MD:

Exosomes are particularly interesting because they can pass through the blood brain barrier to get into the ear so it might be better than just plain stem cells but of course it's not proven. I'm in the EU but might fly over to the United States for this.

I need to research the company more to see how reputable they are. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm no expert but I'd say stick with what other people have tried. If 4 people have had success at StemCells21, then go there. All of the research can engulf you.

I have hidden hearing loss, tinnitus and a TBI. I think I'm just going to try StemCells21 and hope for the best.

I was thinking the same really. Probably will just stick with StemCells21. Maybe Anova too if they let me.

Thanks for that link. I have been looking for exosomes in Florida for a long time.

No problem. I'm really not sure how legit these people are though so make sure you do your own research before going ahead with it.

I'm considering flying over to the States to get this done tbh. They responded to my email pretty quick so doing more research myself now too.

To be honest, the United States are known for crappy stem cell procedures and too many limitations on the procedures. Places like Germany, Bangkok, Mexico have no limitations on what kind of stem cells they can use. That's why every famous person gets their stem cells done in other countries. I'll do some more research on Concierge MD for sure though.

Where are you based?

Yes, Dana White went to Germany to get PRP which helped his Meniere's immensely. Mel Gibson's dad got stem cells in that institute in Panama. I wish they treated hearing damage as they seem to be the best stem cell clinic in the world.

As soon as my hyperacusis eases up a bit from this current setback, I'm probably going straight to Bangkok. I emailed a bunch of people around the UK too but they mostly just treat sports injuries. I don't understand why they won't just treat me if I want it. I'll take the risk of it not working.

There's a German clinic that treat people with the stem cells from sheep. Sounds like a complete joke. People were talking about it in the Bangkok Trip thread.
Where are you based?
Ireland.

@Travis Henry, have you heard of this clinic here above? I'm talking to them about their treatment next week. They say they do treat hearing loss. It's not too far away from you maybe?

I wish there was an easy way to vet some of these clinics as some of them really do give off snake oil salesman vibes.

I was in contact with Anova.

They offer stem cell treatment in Germany. @Tau has a thread about it.

It's MSC exosomes from your own fat. About €20k right now for the IV treatment.

They say they are looking into getting an ENT to perform intratympanic injections in the future as they believe that to be a superior method of delivery.

Exosomes are also considered safer than stem cells (no chance of tumors, although it's only embryonic stem cells that can give tumors if I'm not mistaken.).

Just leaving that info here since it fits the topic of this thread.

I would like to add that they do say that they have not treated anyone for hearing loss/tinnitus/hyperacusis and cannot guarantee any results.

It would be great to see when they get an ENT. I think exosomes being injected into the middle/inner ear would be a first. Some trials do point to exosomes having better healing properties than just the stem cells. They can also pass the blood brain barrier if maybe that helps.

DVC Stem seems to be a legitimate stem cell clinic in the Cayman Islands. I saw strongman Eddie Hall got treatment there. Again it's expensive, $25k for 300 million stem cells but I'm not sure what passage. It's umbilical cord MSC.

The good thing about them is they are allowed to expand the stem cells more than is legal in the US. I will ask them how much exactly they expand though.

StemCells21 say they expand only once because expanding them more makes them "age" and they won't be as effective. Expanding to 3-4 some people think is good but anything past 16 is bad. Maybe all the US clinics are crap since they aren't allowed to expand at all. Need to verify this.
