@aot Ah, that is everything. I miss those sweet little kitten snuggle days. I actually dreamt of getting another cat! A bangle! Though even in my dream I was like "no this needs to stop now!" Ha-ha! Plus, my other cats are just balancing out.
@Orions Pain Gosh to I get you. I went to listen to my chickens lungs through a stethoscope and I can't hear anything in a stethoscope now but my screaming T!!
So I'm trying to go by breathing sounds until I can find someone who is willing to play chicken doctor with me. 
So annoying.

@aot they did drop the entire season of Castlvania!! I'm trying to see when to squeeze it in. I've gone done the whole of dramaland again and I've been reading this one series of books I've meant to reread and catch up/finish for a while.

My Cat Minnie Mouse likes to snuggle with me every night! And I can confirm that Castlevania season 3 is amazing.

Scott Pilgrim is probably one of the most creative comics of the last decade. A mixture of a Slice Of Life drama and sheer absurd crazy. I love it. (The film adapation directed by Edgar Wright is also great.)

This is super random but I've recently read that Justin Bieber has been reported to have Lyme which is often accompanied by Hyperacusis and Tinnitus. With him being in the music industry since probably around 2009 or so, I wonder if he will also develop this condition. Perhaps he's also on this forum and we don't even know it lol
That'd be interesting! A few people in the entertainment industry have tinnitus, but most of them don't really talk about it for whatever reason. The one who's done the most as far as I can tell is William Shatner (caused by an explosion on the set of the original Star Trek, Leonard Nimoy also allegedly had tinnitus from the same incident).
Even then the most he's done is discuss it in a few interviews and a video to promote the ATA.
If Bieber actually has tinnitus and hyperacusis, it'd be great if he could raise some awareness and donate to some research. It'd almost be enough to forgive that crappy music.

Oh yeah that would me amazing!
Louis Tomlinson has tinnitus and is slightly deaf in one ear. Zedd lost hearing in one ear suddenly in 2014. They haven't really been super outspoken about it though.
There's one DJ - Excision, who has had tinnitus since he was a kid. He puts on a music festival called Lost Lands yearly and actually sends out ear plugs for everyone to use which is awesome. He's pretty vocal about hearing protection on Twitter.

I'm not sure if these artists aren't promoting hearing protection because of contract/industry regulations or because they're just indifferent about it because it's a lifestyle choice they made for themselves so they fear backlash from the general public.
I got a feeling it's more contract/industry regulations. It's bloody criminal how they do not promote about hearing damage and they should advise their fans to wear earplugs at concerts.
I wish more can be done about it.

RIGHT.
People would still go to concerts, they'd just do so with protection. I wish I was one of those people who had gotten mild tinnitus for like a week that would have scared me into wearing ear plugs.

I'm pretty sure the musician Grimes also had to cancel some of her shows and tours a while ago due to tinnitus and hearing loss concerns.
