Looking forward to the Q&A and more importantly looking forward to trying out the device in a few short weeks... 42% reduction would be a nice Xmas present.
When are you trying it exactly?

I'm excited for you. I know your assessment won't sugarcoat any success or pull any punches if it doesn't live up to expectations.

Neuromod people just moments ago messaged saying they have mostly finished reviewing the proposed edited video we sent over on Friday - they have some comments to make though that they will try to get to us as early as tomorrow and which I then need to try and implement. Here's hoping there won't be too many proposed changes :) I've already spent ages on this one, and would really love to get it out to all of you very soon.

Depending on their feedback, it might take a day or a few more days until we're able to push this out to you. But I'll keep an eye on this and will work on it non-stop.

One question for all of you - if we want to create English subtitles for this before pushing the video out, that will add at least a few days' worth of waiting time.

Or would you prefer we first publish the video without subtitles, and then add the subtitles to it a couple of days later? Which is technically possible.

I think that is the best option. However it would be nice to add subtitles later. It would make it easier for me to understand 100% of the material.

Very much appreciate your comments. I have lost my life or so it seems. Head is screaming off me now where as before I barely noticed it. I need to adjust to the new scenario.... In time I will tune away from it. I'm working away daily - Haven't missed a day's work and tuning into this site also as I go. I'd like to thank all you guys for your contribution and solidarity against this terror.
Same here, but I am keeping myself busy a lot, it's screaming but somehow not bothering me that much, I hope we all get better from it.

We need a noise reduction - We deserve something. Why is it that this condition has no treatment - Let's hope this is the start of meaningful relief... Fair play to Ross O'Neill and his team for getting the product to market and trying to do something positive for us. I hope he succeeds and becomes a very rich man.

Me whenever someone is being negative

@Markku & @Steve,

I think I can't explain in words how much you (and everyone involved) means to us sufferers. Maybe it's because you are suffering yourself. There aren't many people in the world suffering from tinnitus and willing to do something about it. You guys are awesome.

I don't really know how to describe in the English language but the feeling that there are people out there trying to help us and get it out ASAP means a LOT to me. Where some researchers don't bother releasing press news you guys understand how important it is for severe sufferers to release the information and work non-stop on it. I really appreciate that. I am sorry I can't help you more because of the language gap.

I hope you are doing better after you got the flu last week @Markku.

Wish everyone involved all the best.

Original MuteButton (2015) was €2,500. Someone wrote here this time it will be €2.500-€3.500.
Good to know the tinnitus industry continues to be so reliably ethical.

Maybe we could add this question to the Q&A: how much does it cost to produce your device in the Chinese factory?

I know that's very negative of me to say but I just don't understand why when there is so many potential customers - IF IT WORKS - why not price it at say £500 quid or less. Maybe even the cost of a cheap TENS machine? Is it that different?!

Say even 5 million people with tinnitus buy it. That's a f*** pile of money by anyone's standards.

My fear at that price is that they expect it to fail and just want to flog it to the most desperate and scarper off the market sharpish... AGAIN.

I do really really hope I'm wrong guys and gals.

Hi,

Regarding the original MuteButton, there seems to be a general consensus it didn't work.

Did the customers who bought it get a refund or were they just left to bear the cost?

If I remember they mentioned price will be similar to hearing aids because both of them are 'medical devices', not just 'sound devices' like headphones.

Yes but how much research went into it? The people doing said research are likely at the top of their professions and won't come cheap. I mean if this works it is a life saver for someone like yourself right?

Trying to stay level minded in regards to this. I'll wait until the Q&A is out and all the data. Man if this works I'll have to sell my body for the funds to buy this thing.

Don't even start me on hearing aids... 5 quid to produce and £5000 to buy. Cheers guys. Lovely work.
