You're right.. I cut down all my male trees bcz they are the ones that spray pollen. In created suburbs the street planners only plant male trees. Bcz female trees drop berries and are considered dirty. So allergies are increased bcz there are no female trees to catch the pollen.

I didn't have surgery. In the beginning of tinnitus I used a loud Shop Vac and developed new tones. My dog barked in my ear and the new tones got louder. Lasted 6 months to a year. With some whistles and sirens on the side. Your ears are sensitive, all those annoying sounds will fade.

You're not suppose to do valsalva if there is any mucus in the sinus. It can go up the eustachian tube. At the very beginning of my tinnitus trip if I even talked too long it would spike. All the stomping, and dog barking in my ear spikes, all cleared up and went away.

My T gets temporarily louder if I wear the heavy duty earmuffs like gun protection. Or regular earplugs or putty causes a small T, bcz of the pressure. I Can wear wear noise cancelling headphones with no problems.

OH the Nac must have released histamine. Peppers, fruit, and spices made my ear loud until I got on some good allergy medicine. And all those histamine symptoms stopped. The tinnitus went down a lot, I could probably try Nac again.
